Jennifer Tauber, DPM

With over 20 years in practice as a board-certified podiatrist, Jennifer Tauber, DPM, is a trusted practitioner. Dr. Tauber, a Connecticut native, proudly welcomes patients to her practice, New Canaan Podiatry in New Canaan, Connecticut.

After completing her Bachelor of Science in biology at Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York, Dr. Tauber was accepted into graduate school. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City.

Dr. Tauber went on to complete her internship, followed by her podiatric medical residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. She’s currently board certified through the American Board of Multiple Specialities in Podiatry.

To ensure she’s always up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and treatment solutions, Dr. Tauber maintains several professional memberships. She’s a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association, and the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society, among others.

While Dr. Tauber has special interests in diabetic foot care, pediatric foot and ankle issues as well as acute and chronic lower extremity injuries, she also offers a wide variety of treatments and aesthetic solutions. She provides several regenerative healing modalities including , extracorpeal pulse activation therapy (EPAT), Multiwave locked laser therapy (MLS) as well as stem cell treatments.

Dr. Tauber has extensive training with the Fotona laser, which she has on-site. This state-of-the-art laser platform can minimize the appearance of spider veins, remove unwanted body hair, and treat fungal nail infections, to name a few benefits.
